Dinner at Meze Restaurant, a hotel restaurant in the Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley. Last time, it was a Mediterranean influence. Tonight, their new and latest incorporating an Indian cuisine.

Methi Malai Chicken Tikka. Chicken marinated with yogurt n cream cheese with a hint of fenugreek. This is much nicer than chicken tikka itself @ too dry.

Goes so well with a piece of hot green chilli.

Lamb Dum Briyani covered by a roti canai pastry.

Beautiful !!!

Very fragrant, very tender lamb pieces.
