Korean, Chicken Cutlet, Non-Halal
I was in the PJ SS2 area and discovered Mido Korean BBQ. I viewed the menu outside the shop with interest, as they have different lunch sets from Monday to Thursday. Set lunch prices start at RM12.80 for the steamed egg set.
I ordered the chicken cutlet set (RM15.80) and hot green tea (RM1.50). The boneless chicken pieces were breaded and fried to light crunchy perfection and paired with a mushroom sauce. It was tasty. The set came with rice, 3 vegetable side dishes (banchan) and kimchi soup. The side dishes were refillable. I refilled the big bean sprouts and the ladies fingers.

The green tea came in the form of a tea bag in a tea cup and a shiny golden teapot filled with hot water. I drank 3-4 cups of green tea. Not bad for RM1.50. All in all, a hearty and delicious Korean meal with an affordable price tag. I would come back again.
The interior decor deserves a special mention. I felt like I had been transported to Korea. Special attention was given to the wooden furnishings and decorations, and nice light fixtures.
