At Morel Restaurant, Ipoh. We all know dry aging beef. Have you ever heard about dry aging fish? This is bringing the fish to a next level. Ordered the dry aged grouper and it was probably the best grilled fish I've ever tasted.
The Iberico ribs was done perfectly - juicy and tasty.
Finished the evening with the lava cake. Interestingly, the ice cream was semi frozen so that the plate is not awashed with too much melted ice cream as you dive into the desert.
