After a long drive from Launceston to Hobart. We decided to stay put in hotel to have our first hawker fare at Mr. Good Guy Hobart. It was pretty good especially the chicken eas so hood, the lamb ribs were out of this world.

Excellent starters.

Chicken satay was excellent.

Lamb ribs. 10/10.

Addendum, back again another night
Crispy Tasmania Lamb ribs. Ranked no 1. In scallion, cucumber, Thai tamarind sauce. The lamb skin fried so crispy that it melts in the mouth. Even tastier n better than the suckling pig skin. 10/10.

Crispy spiced egg plant. Rated no 2 ..z so crispy that it’s so so unbelievably good.

Thai Panang half chicken plus potato curry - rated best 3 dish tonight.

Vietnamese caramelised pork belly with lemon grass, prawns with Vietnamese salad.
