Big Breakfast, Pork-Free
Breakfast at Nourish in KL’s Damansara Heights began with a promising location adjacent to the Semantan train station. My choice for the morning was the Big Breakfast, which included a medley of breakfast favourites: sausage, scrambled eggs, hash brown, sautéed mushrooms, smoked salmon, and two pieces of sourdough bread. I also opted for the gluten-free option, available for an additional RM3.

The dining experience, however, was somewhat of a mixed bag. While the spread offered all the classic components of a hearty breakfast, I was disappointed to find that the flavours were underwhelming and surprisingly bland. The dish seemed to lack the seasoning and depth of taste that one would expect from such a breakfast spread. Maybe the cooks were having an off day.
In contrast, the highlight of my meal was the coffee, which pleasantly reminded me of the high quality I’ve come to expect from Kenny Hills Coffee. It provided a satisfying and enjoyable caffeinated experience.
