There are four signature soup bases:
Rich Tomato Soup, Pumpkin Corn Golden Soup, Spicy Soup, and Pork Bone Soup.

Especially the Pumpkin Corn Golden Soup, it’s quite unique and not commonly found elsewhere.

For the noodle options, you can choose from Knife-Cut Noodles, Jiangxi Thick Rice Noodles, Beijing-style Noodles, and Potato Noodles.

Moreover, you can freely choose your preferred toppings, such as Fuzhou Fish Balls, Pork Balls, Beef Slices, Pork Belly, Cooked Shrimp, Seafood Tofu, Baby Bok Choy, and more, to create your own bowl of noodles.
