Cocktails
The best cocktails in town are to be had at Prada Caffè. Their signatures by chief mixologist Melvin are the 1) olive sour and 2) tiramisu.
Little known fact is that Prada Caffe has the best coffee machine on the island.

Melvin honed his craft at Jigger and Pony, and many other bars along Hong Kong Street before helming the bar/counter at Prada Caffè.

He even made some chicken rice and Bak Kut Teh inspired cocktails named the Hainanese before. Definitely a 7.5/10 experience (just drinks) at Prada Caffè.
