Daniel, the sommelier at PsYCHoTiC OPeRAToR, recommended that we try their chicken pate with yao tzar gwai. And it was awesome to go with our NSG. The pate can only be described as liquid gold; the sillkiness of the buttery creme when drizzled on the rice fritter (yao tzar gwai), deserves a straight 8/10.

This is not saying Psychotic’s kitchen will compare with the Vintry’s of the past (que claypot rat tail noodles), but at least for now, this is solid gold!
