Desserts
This was one of the rare occasions where I wanted to have dessert after dinner. Walking around Bandar Puchong Jaya, we came upon Qi Fen Tian Puchong. It had been open for awhile but there was no previous occasion where I wanted to try it.

They have a wide variety of desserts from traditional items like Bubur Cha Cha and Wheat Porridge (mak chook). But it was the Red Bean Shaved Ice (RM13.90) that caught my fancy. Not quite trad but inspired by an ais kacang for sure.

The generously portioned item was big enough for Jen and I. It’s a good thing we did not order individual items. The red bean were nicely arranged on the shaved ice with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on top. What surprised me was the Cincau that was inside the shaved ice. That is only evident as you dig into the ice.

The price on the delivery platform below is the same as the dine in price. That’s nice that they don’t mark it up.
