至于芽菜，绝对是怡保芽菜的经典代表 - 肥美饱满，口感清脆。只需轻轻淋上香油就足够美味，吃起来更是满口清新，又不会掩盖芽菜本身的天然甜味。再配上沙河粉和一碗鲜香的猪肉丸汤，简直是灵魂搭配！
