Went for a business lunch with some partners and was recommended to try this new bistro, Refinery TTDI in Menara Ken TTDI. The decor looks very fancy, so immediately the expectations were high. We ordered the Swiss breakfast, Black Angus Burger, and the Black Angus Steak Sandwich. Unfortunately, for premium pricing of an average of MYR50-80 spending per person in a bistro style setting, we had expected a bit more.
Both the steak sandwich and the burger at Refinery TTDI was over done despite us asking for medium - medium rare, making the meat a bit chewy/tough instead of soft. The breakfast was average. On the plus side they has a good selection of drinks - juices, home made sodas and teas, and a good selection of coffee too. The plum soda was refreshing, and the oat milk latte was rich and creamy.
