Chiefeater Jaimy Yee had a Hawaiian burger, mushroom soup, steak and mushroom pie and fish and chips at Gravy Baby Queensbay Mall

Chinese, Pork-Free
I love the vibrant airy atmosphere at Restaurant Power Up at Batu Ferringhi, located on the right after Lone Pine Hotel when u are coming from town into Batu Ferringhi. Whether u fancy some refreshing smoothie concoctions like Mr Jack, Pretty Woman or Pink Lady or have a family meal or a relaxed casual dinner date with your partner, there is something for everyone here.

We had chinese dishes for dinner and enjoyed the Kam Heong chicken, bitter gourd omelette, broccoli with garlic, claypot tofu salted fish in mixed vege.

Set meal for 6 to 8 pax.

They even have pizza in brick-fired oven which i wil try in my next visit. Fast friendly service and great variety in their menu. Open daily from 12noon to 12midnight, it is a family biz run for the past 15 years by lady boss Paddy while her husband is the MasterChef in the kitchen with their teenager kids helping out at taking orders and clearing tables.

You can see great family values here when each family member helps with the fresh fruit counter, juicing, serving and cashiering.
