I just discovered this amazing stall run by a hardworking young couple at the new Restoran 58 Food Court, and I must say—their pork knuckle rice is every bit as delicious as the original ones in Bangkok.
The pork knuckle is tender, flavourful, and melts in your mouth, while the braised sauce is rich, aromatic, and perfectly paired with fragrant rice. Every bite is simply satisfying!
