Hitam Hitam geh dinner at Restoran Mei Yen in Paramount Garden. Absolutely delicious. Not a hint of charred or burnt taste. Came mainly for the "moonlight kueh teow" or Yuet Kong Hor. Hokkien Mee is just the side dish here.

What is Yuet Kong Hor
Yuet Kong Hor is a Malaysian street food dish that originated from Ipoh, a city in the northern part of the country. It is a type of noodle dish that consists of kuey teow which are cooked with a thick, flavourful gravy made from a combination of soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and other seasonings.
