听档口头手说这是第一档顺发记三间庄猪肉丸粉，他也是顺发间第一个档口头手。。目前全雪隆已经有二十几档，每个华人区都有分档。头手烫面和下料都很到位，炒过的猪肉碎也特别美味，淋上面条里，这就是三间庄猪肉丸粉的精髓，我非常喜欢这味道。
