甲洞 Aman Puri 得福小厨，晚餐时段真是火爆！我准时傍晚6点抵达，餐厅已经座无虚席，幸好等候了一下才抢到最后一张桌子。这里最大的亮点，非他们家的螃蟹促销莫属——500克一份的螃蟹 RM48，第二份 RM38，第三份竟然只要 RM28，还可以任选煮法，难怪一到用餐时间就人潮涌现。
Restoran Tak Fok Hong Kong Seafood in Kepong is incredibly popular during dinner! I arrived at 6 pm sharp, and the restaurant was already packed. Luckily, I waited a bit to snag the last table. Their biggest highlight is their crab promotion—a 500g portion is RM48, a second portion is RM38, and a third is just RM28. You can choose how you want to cook it, so it's no wonder the crowds flock to the restaurant during mealtime.

我点了两份螃蟹，一份是 酸辣口味，酸香带辣很下饭；另一份是必点的 奶油螃蟹，香浓奶香裹在蟹壳上，当然要搭配 炸馒头，金黄外脆内松软，蘸着奶油酱汁简直一口接一口。
I ordered two crabs: one was the spicy and sour version, which was a perfect match for rice; the other was the must-try butter crab, with its rich, creamy flavor wrapped in the crab shell. It was paired with fried mantou, golden on the outside, crispy on the inside, and soft on the inside. Dipping it in the creamy sauce made it a mouthful.

除了螃蟹，其他菜色也不马虎。虾酱炸鸡翅，酥脆多汁、虾酱味渗透到肉里，每一口都很过瘾；清炒芥兰保持清爽脆口，很好地平衡了整桌的重口味；还有一盘 星州炒面粉，这家的版本带有茄汁风味，酸酸甜甜特别开胃，也是我喜欢的做法。
Besides the crab, the other dishes were also excellent. The shrimp paste fried chicken wings were crispy and juicy, the shrimp paste flavor permeating the meat, making every bite a delightful experience.

The stir-fried kailan maintained a light and crisp texture, perfectly balancing the heavy flavors on the table.

There was also a plate of Singapore style fried noodles, their version with a ketchup flavor, which was sour and sweet and particularly appetizing, and my favorite way to prepare it.

整体来说，份量足、价格抵、味道赞，难怪得福小厨一直是甲洞吃螃蟹的好去处
Overall, the portions were generous, the prices were reasonable, and the taste was excellent. It's no wonder that Tak Fok Kitchen has always been a favorite spot for crab in Kepong.
