今天来到亚庇 Damai 老字号成丰小食店，终于吃到当地人一直推荐的招牌「牛肉鱼滑干捞面」。
第一口就知道为什么几乎每桌都会点这一碗。
牛肉片滑嫩鲜甜，完全不会过老；鱼滑最特别，里面还加入了香菜，每一口都多了一股清香，让人越吃越喜欢。
最让我惊喜的是那碗清汤，以鱼骨慢火熬煮，再配上牛肉片一起入口，汤头鲜甜又顺口，没有厚重的调味，却喝得出真材实料。
面条更是加分，采用新鲜现做的扁圆面，口感Q弹有嚼劲，紧紧吸附着酱汁，每一口都充满面香。
有时候，真正让人念念不忘的，并不是山珍海味，而是这样一碗简单却充满诚意的老字号美食。
