I’m a little disappointed with Shao Holland Village of late. The cold crabs are still good but almost everything else - I’m not feeling it.

The biggest quality drop is the seafood porridge, which was a 7/10 now 6/10

The cuttlefish cakes are still good.

The fried shrimps were still good.

We tried the fried chicken bones (yes bone cartilage) and it was ok at 6/10

The jellyfish stir fried with chives is still my fave at 7/10.

I think Shao Holland Village is morphing more into a gastropub, distancing its original roots as a Teochew kitchen (which maybe the Kitchener OG outlet upkeeps).
