Check out this lovely Taiwanese Restaurant called Si Si Nan Cun within Eslite Malaysia Bookstore Starhill. I ended up trying most of their snacks which consist of spring onion pork pie, scallion pancake, egg rolls with cheese, handmade pie, dumplings and corn pie.
