Stir-fried Qing Long with Nagano Pork Collar ($14.50).
The Qing Long (also known as Chinese garlic chives) are stir-fried quickly to maintain a slight crunch, embodying the simplicity and freshness valued in Teochew cooking.
There is a special touch – the addition of succulent slices of Nagano pork. The premium meat known for its marbling and tenderness, adds a luxurious touch.
To summarise, the pork cuts and slices served at their signature outlet is a “cut above”.
Everything is Duroc pork sliced Duroc pork cut.
I have to admit the taste profile is elevated. Everything we had was at least 7/10 with the meats getting up to 7.5/10
There’s a reason Star Trek has their NCC-1701D or E ; this is Song Fa’s flagship.
