Chiefeater Paula Tan shares lunch at Co B. Diem in Langkawi with a crabby burger and buttermilk chicken pasta

Chinese, Non-Halal
Our first dinner of the trip at Temple Spice Crabs and it was off-the-charts good. The chicken with black bean sauce had the tiniest hint of wine that just gave it another level. And the eggplant with minced pork was perfectly cooked – so many restaurants either undercook or overcook it till it’s slimy. Yangchow fried rice looked basic, but packed in a whole lot of flavour and once again, portions were large. Six stars from us.
