Tomahawk Steak, Pork Chop, Non-Halal
Butcher’s Table is the return of Mr Ho to the KL culinary scene. Mr Ho used to be famous for his very excellent roast pork back in the noughties when he operated the butcher at BSC. Since he came back on the scene, he has added additional items to his repertoire of dishes. One of which are beef dishes and he certainly does that very well. A very impromptu Chiefeaters Club gathering was held last week with 4 people in attendance at Butcher’s Table. We were focused on having a tomahawk so we only ordered very few items to complement it. A salad and a fried rice was all we had.

The tomahawk was a 1.7 kg piece of meaty goodness. We of course had it medium rare and Butcher’s Table did not disappoint with their preparation of it. Tenderness and succulence oozed out of every bite of the meat. And we had an excellent bottle of Abelour to pair it with that added to the pleasure.
Do note that even though Butcher’s Table SS2 has taken the outlet next door, it is still very packed so make a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment.
