Great recommendation of The Ship Restaurant Shaw Centre from my friend! Tasty and flavourful fish soup. Fried fish is so crispy outside and very soft inside. Comes with dessert of the day and choice of coffee or tea. Thumbs up.
The Ship Restaurant was opened since 1977 for 45 years and counting. It is known for its delicious sliced, fried fish bee hoon soup which we enjoyed and most people don't really know that this dish actually existed in a Hainanese Western Food Restaurant unless you are a regular or have been to this restaurant before.
The restaurant is located at the extended section of Shaw Centre. The lunch set serves soup, ice-cream/dessert of the day such as carrot cake and a drink such as hot tea/coffee, ice tea, coke or sprite. There are two options of ice-cream: chocolate chip or vanilla.
