The ice bed is adorned with succulent prawns, oysters, and plump crabs, all incredibly fresh and satisfying. The Japanese platter offers generously-sized sashimi, including salmon belly and three other types of sashimi. The fresh fish slices are steamed to order, offering tender and delectable bites. The curry noodles and Indian fried noodles are also delicious. Indian cuisine is prepared by Indian chefs, creating wonderfully unique flavors.
