Nice delicate beef broth with a smooth slippery koay teow that I like at Viet Nam Pho in Block 721 Clementi West. Excellent value at SGD8 with iced coffee. Also had the vermicelli spring roll at SGD3.50. Will try the banh mi next time.
Small outlet (half a shop) with customer seating outside at the verandah. I guess the savings are passed on to customers in the generous food portions. Can be a bit hot at mid day though.
