The curry mee at Xin Lian Hin Restaurant is above average. In a nutshell, the broth is flavourful with not too much santan, more importantly not overwhelmed with curry powder. Ingredients are flexible, I opted out siu yuk, char siu and chicken, just plain cockles, jiu peh, tau pok, long beans and taugeh.
