Wantan Mee, Street Food, Non-Halal
Typically Wan Tan Mee stalls usually purchase their noodles pre made. The Wan Tan Mee stall at You Min Kopitiam is "Homemade". My usual order here is a Super Dry, No Char Siew, Added Pork "Lard", the Noodles is tossed with Sambal Belacan, with Extra Wan Tan. Chili Padi is a must.
One can really taste the flavour in the sauce, the wan tan is quite plum without being over size and the soup not artificially "sweet" with additive.
The Stall and the Kopitiam use to be located at another location, not to far away, having relocated here as the landlord of the previous place wanted the place back. While this place has lesser visibility as the Shop is located behind the Main Road, it gains in easy and ample parking.
Location Landmark: the Kopitiam is located behind Sushi Ya, which is opposite Petronas Raja Uda.
