I heard that there's a special new noodle dish at Sin Hung Kee Noodle House Subang, so I went there today to meet the handsome noodle chef and check it out.
The noodles, called "White Noodles," resemble kway teow but are made with plain flour, without eggs or other additives. They are incredibly smooth and tender, with a delightful texture. There are two flavors available: plain (dry) or soy sauce-based. I recommend pairing them with minced pork and lard. Today, I tried the char siew soy sauce version, which had a taste I really enjoyed and a unique texture.
Sin Hung Kee Noodle House Subang is a third-generation establishment known for their traditional wonton noodles. The first generation started the business at Jalan Loke Yew.
