Chiefeater YW Looi found a good experience with the simple and comforting fare that he had at Restoran Yuan Fong in SS4 PJ

Roast Duck, Non-Halal
My recent dining experience at Restoran Sunrise was a delightful surprise, prompted by the recommendations of several Chiefeaters and a suggestion from a friend. We decided to have lunch here after a meeting, and it turned out to be a great choice.

The highlight of our meal at Restoran Sunrise was undoubtedly the whole duck. We arrived just before the lunchtime crowd, and it was evident that the duck had been freshly roasted. The meat was still warm, incredibly tender, and had just the right balance in terms of oiliness. Importantly, it lacked the gamey flavor that can sometimes be off-putting. If you appreciate duck prepared this way, then Restoran Sunrise is definitely the place to be.

One unexpected pleasure was the soup that accompanied the duck. It had a lovely sourish taste that provided a perfect contrast to the richness of the duck meat. This added dimension of flavor enhanced the overall dining experience and made it even more memorable.

One thing to note about dining at Restoran Sunrise is that it’s a quick affair. The focus here is on enjoying the delicious food, and there’s a sense of efficiency that encourages diners to eat and move on. It’s perfect for those looking for a satisfying and efficient meal.
