Since its inception in November 2021, this Japanese omakase restaurant, under the expert guidance of Chefs Yuji Sato from Hokkaido and Chef Yusuke Kanawa from Chiba, has been garnering acclaim from discerning diners. Chef Sato previously honed his craft at the esteemed Hashida Singapore and brings his expertise and passion for traditional Japanese cuisine to every dish.

Located adjacent to Min Jiang at Dempsey, the entrance to Sushi Sato is discreetly tucked away in a quaint "back alley," adding to its allure as a hidden culinary treasure. As avid patrons of Dempsey's vibrant dining scene, stumbling upon this was a fortuitous discovery.
