今天路过 Jalan Ipoh,顺便找一找网红面铺 ”沙胆兴” 吃午饭。。 点了1+1+1 配套,包括一份卤肠水饺【干捞】面,加上温泉卤蛋和卤豆腐只卖RM19。。 手工面条很Q弹,记得一定要撒上辣椒碎,更加上头!卤肠全部用新鲜猪大肠,没有怪怪的味道。。温泉卤蛋和卤豆腐都煮的很到位,软软绵绵的!水饺的肉馅很饱满,一点都不吝啬!老板说这里的ABC汤是可以Refill,喝完了可以继续再加。。
Passing by Jalan Ipoh today, I stopped by the popular noodle shop, Shadam Noodle, for lunch. I ordered the 1+1+1 package, which includes a portion of braised sausage dumplings [dry noodles], hot spring braised eggs and braised tofu for only RM19. The handmade noodles are very chewy, remember to sprinkle them with chopped chili to make them even more delicious! All braised intestines are made from fresh pig intestines, so there is no weird smell. The hot spring braised eggs and braised tofu are cooked to perfection and soft! The meat filling of the dumplings is very filling and not stingy at all! The boss said that the ABC soup here can be refilled, and you can continue to refill it after finishing it.
