Roast Pork, Non-Halal
After a long day, I wanted to unwind with a beer and decided to try a place I had not been to before: Sip and Chill Puchong. The clean and cozy atmosphere immediately drew me in, promising a relaxing evening. We ordered a variety of dishes, including lekor nipis (RM14.90), nam yu fried chicken wings (RM17.90), and roast pork (RM23.90).
The lekor nipis and nam yu fried chicken wings were decent, but they didn't quite match the excellence of the roast pork. The lekor nipis had a nice texture. The nam yu wings were flavourful but perhaps the nam yu seasoning overpowering every other flavour of the chicken.

The clear standout was the roast pork. It was a pleasant surprise with its tender meat and rich, well-balanced flavor. Each bite was delightful and skin was crackling. Good to have this with a beer.

This is a Carlsberg outlet so I had a mug of 1664 Kronenbourg Blanc (RM19). This is a good beer to take if you are counting your calories. Just 29kcal per 100ml.
Sip and Chill delivered a satisfying experience. It's a good place to relax, enjoy some better than usual bar food, and unwind with a cold beer.
