Chiefeater Patrick Sato Lee had a lovely Japanese dinner at Wakuda located in Marina Bay Sands

Day 3 Food Tasting started with Chef Ong Luu Teong from Burger & Lobster, Resorts World Genting.
Chef Ong created a customised 4-Course menu for our tasting starting with the Spicy Roasted Stuffed Mushroom with Garlic Paprika Dressing.

After that we went on to the Trong Duck Breast with Passion and Plum Sauce and Lobster Crepe with Asian Spice Curry Gravy which was an interesting dish. The texture of the lobster and crepe went well with the spicy curry gravy.


The main was the Surf & Turf Meat Loaf with Double Sauce with a combination of Beef and Lobster!! We also tasted their signature dish – the Chilli Lobster Served with Signature Brioche which was amazing!

The Chilli Lobster dish is a creation by Burger & Lobster Resorts World Genting – created, born and made available only at Resorts World Genting and not the other Burger & Lobster outlets!

We ended our tasting session with a cute presentation of the Ubi Kayu Gula Melaka with Coconut Form dessert.

Chef Ong suggested that we try the Timekeeper, a Black Tea with Calamansi Lime, Palm Sugar and Kafir Lime Leaf. Another creation by Burger & Lobster Resorts World Genting, A great choice with the food served.
