Chiefeater Jason Wong waited 15 minutes for a plate of Char Kuey Teow at Four Eight Restaurant in Damansara Perdana but said it was worth it

Nasi Kerabu
I recently ordered food delivery from Hanan Nasi Kerabu and found it to be a fantastic discovery. The experience was seamless, with delicious and affordable meals delivered directly to my doorstep.

The Nasi Kerabu Ayam Goreng was more than decent. The dish featured the signature blue-tinted rice accompanied by a generous piece of spiced fried chicken, salted egg, and traditional ulam (local salad). The flavors were authentic and well-balanced, making it a very satisfying lunch option. The chicken might have been a bit dry but I am not going to complain due to the price

I actually forgot that I had ordered from Hanan Nasi Kerabu before and I had their bihun goreng which was good too.
Score: 7.67/10
M – Meal Value
The pricing is very accessible for a complete meal. At approximately RM9.50 for a well-portioned Nasi Kerabu with a chicken leg, it offers excellent value.
Score: 8.0/10
V – Vroomness of Delivery
The “vibe” of a hassle-free, doorstep delivery at RM4.60 is higher than some of the other deliveries I have paid for but the rice was RM9.50 so again no complaints.
Score: 7.0/10
X – X-Factor
The true X-factor is the combination of affordability and authentic taste. Finding a Nasi Kerabu that maintains its quality and “delicious” profile through a delivery service at this price point makes it a reliable “find” that I would revisit.
