Andes by Astons Changi T4 Steak
Steak, Pork-Free
Enroute back via a stopover at Changi Airport, Chiefeater by Benjamin Lian had a steak meal at Andes by Astons Changi T4
Burger, Non-Halal
Brew House Puchong Jaya is a place that has proved to be a good spot for lunch, especially on a sweltering day. The wonderfully cold air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. That set the tone for a comfortable dining experience.
I went for their pork burger. The pork patty was juicy with good flavour. The bun held its shape beautifully, staying firm and not turning soggy, which made eating it a tidy and enjoyable affair. I had expected the overload of sauces but I did not expect the peach inside the burger. That grilled peach in the burger was a turn off for me. To each their own, if you like your burger with a sweet fruit in it, this would work for you.
At RM23.80, it was a meal that hit the spot in both taste (almost and I could remedy the burger by removing the offending peach easily enough) and atmosphere.
