My all time favourite bi hun ting is at Assorted Seafood Bee Hoon Porridge. Either pork or seafood, clear soup or Tom yam, all above expectation. Start to like their food 30, 40 year ago when it was in his father’s hand.
All the ingredients they use are fresh, even the intestine of the pork, they process it very well. No unpleasant smells and the timing that deal with difference ingredients , he handled it very well. Their soup also very well handled. So light yet flavourful.
I’m crazy enough to think of adding all the ingredients they have but not crazy enough to order. Someday! Maybe someday I will do that.
