Han’s Cafe Pork Chop

Lunch at Baan PhadThai Kuala Lumpur in Pavilion KL offered a delightful experience with a special note to their Michelin Bib Gourmand-rated status in Thailand (not in Malaysia). They presented an appealing set lunch deal, priced at RM35, which included a choice of main, a dessert of mango sticky rice, and a generous cup of tea.

Jen's selection was the White Curry with rice, and it certainly didn't disappoint in terms of flavour. The dish boasted rich and satisfying flavours. However, it's important to note that it took quite some time for this delectable dish to arrive, which may require a bit of patience.

As for my choice, I ordered the Pad Thai Kai, featuring grilled chicken. This arrived really quick. The portion was nothing short of impressive. The Pad Thai, a renowned Thai stir-fried noodle dish, was particularly delightful here. The noodles had a perfect bite to them, and the combination of flavours was nothing short of delightful, offering a harmonious balance of sweet, savoury, and slightly tangy notes.
What I could not finish

This left me with enough for a meal that I was to consume for dinner. I had to skip the delightful dessert of mango sticky rice. I doggy bagged it to take home.

In hindsight, it would have been a wise decision for Jen and me to share a set lunch at Baan Baan PhadThai Kuala Lumpur. If you take that into consideration, it's actually less than RM20 per pax for 2 persons to have a meal here.
