Chiefeater William Thevarajan brought his family to Restoran Hong Wah in Klang for the roast duck
Caviar, Non-Halal
With over 150 years of history, Caviar House & Prunier exists at a time when the majority of the world’s caviar is produced by fish farms in China. Born out of a merger between Caviar House, the leading importer of Russian and Iranian caviar, and Prunier, the oldest caviar producer in France, Caviar House & Prunier was co-founded by Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé and holds the same attention to detail and passion for fine living as the prestigious YSL label.
First up is the introductory Royal Bite Set which sees Prunier’s exceptional caviar, Balik’s premium smoked salmon, and a glass of house champagne for HKD250.
The salted ice cream with caviar was exquisite.
The lobster brioche roll was perfectly executed.
The soft boil egg with caviar was perhaps the winner
The dessert at the end was also decadent. The dance between sweet and savoury - is the symbolism of Yin and Yang to me.
The caviar was clearly the star. This again, shows, how HK is still streets ahead of other Asian capitals when it comes to luxury. If you’re in Hong Kong, Caviar House & Prunier is definitely worth a visit !
