At Chang Noi 99 Restaurant. They say the soul of dimsum is siew mai & harkao. From there you can more or less determine the rest of the dishes as these are the basic. For Thai dishes, I would say it’s the khao kar moo (braised pork trotter rice). From there too, you can more or less know, how is the rest of the menu performed.

Chang Noi Restaurant (small elephant) tucked away in Lebuh Melayu, near to Jalan Carnarvon. Easy parking in the evening.

I must say this collagen & protein rich dish performed well. I will be back.
