Western, Pork-Free
My recent visit with Jen to Fishee Coffee introduced me to a rather unique concept – the fusion of rice bowls or spaghetti nestled within a bread bun. It was an intriguing idea that piqued our curiosity.
Jen decided to try the Marinara Pasta Bowl (RM19+). It's a Spaghetti Marinara in a bread bowl. What struck her immediately was the softness of the spaghetti. If you prefer your pasta on the softer side, this dish may be right up your alley. However, she did find the flavour slightly lacking, which prompted her to reach for spices to give it the extra kick she desired.

On my end, I opted for Egg-ee Sourdough (RM17+). Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs were too cooked and not too mu liking. I couldn't help but notice that Fishee Coffee seems to prefer keeping their seasoning on the lighter side and I had to add pepper to season my eggs. I also had a Jumbo Sausage add-on for RM5.

In summary, Fishee Coffee offers an interesting twist on traditional dishes by serving them in bread buns, creating a unique dining experience. However, the seasoning on the dishes, as experienced by Jen and me, may lean towards the milder side, which could leave diners seeking more flavour. While the concept is innovative, individual preferences for texture and seasoning may influence the overall dining experience.
The Flat White was RM12+ while the Latte was RM13+.
