Hakka
Finally went to Hakshan in SS2. Just opened barely a week (October 2025), the ambience speaks serenity as I walked in. Adding a touch to this serenity is light calming music that makes me feel at peace while dining.

Now let’s come to the food part. Some hits and misses. So you’ll know what to order when you drop by.
The Hakka Stir fry eggplant, green bean and bitter gourd and Lei Cha is highly recommended.

Hakka Yam Abacus was a bit too soft and soggy.

Braised sliced pork belly with preserved mustard vegetables is slightly on the sweeter side (not to my dad’s liking).

Hakka noodles with minced meat is also a bit too soft. Noodles seemed over cooked.
