Been a long time have not been here at Hee Lai Ton Seri Kembangan. Always dine here in the 90’s while working at Cheras Jaya Balakong. I must say the standard is impeccable and cooking standard is very high. We had the Cheng Ching Talapia in superior soy sauce, Nam Yue Kwat, 4 Heavenly King. It is the best meal.
