Dimsum for lunch at Hong Xing Dim Sum Penang. Highly recommended dishes are Portuguese egg tarts and Siu Mai King (RM25.00). The crust of their Portuguese egg tart is light crispy, buttery and yummy. Even though the price of siu mai king is a little on the high side but the size and quality is worth it.
