Fine Dining
Truly inspiring food; humbled by Iggy’s origins and their One Michelin star is well earned. I’m particularly impressed with the wine stockpile - straight from Domaine to Iggy’s cellar, with the story of the 96 Volnays still in memory.

The restaurant offers set tasting menus, with the lunch menu priced at around S$150++ and the dinner gastronomic menu at approximately SGD275++.

Iggy’s, founded by Ignatius Chan, and is one of the top restaurants in Singapore, with international accolades and a following to match. Serving an amalgamation of modern European and Asian cuisine, the food is exceptional, using ingredients from Europe, Asia and Australia. The seasonal tasting menu is a culmination of the best of Ignatius’s travel and dining experiences throughout the world.

It’s my 3rd time back at this establishment over the years, and I’m still saying it’s holding up at 7/10.
Definitely worth at least one visit if you’ve not had this Singapore icon before.
