Chiefeater VK discovered that Eng Chai Tong Argyll pairs traditional Chinese herbal desserts with a beautifully designed café

Custom Cake, Pork-Free
My wife organized an early birthday dinner for me this year. She had a custom cake made for me by Jenn Cupcakes. Jenny Ding has been making custom cakes for more than 2 decades. The creation she asked for this time was a cake made to look like a plate of Char Kuey Teow. The result, you can see in close up below.

The design is made from fondant. Each piece of noodle individually assembled. And you can even see the replica of taugeh and cockles too! There is some serious skill involved in putting all this together.

It looked so good that we almost did not want to eat it. But eat it we did. It was a super moist chocolate that was a perfect complement to the fondant. The chocolate was not to sweet, which was perfect for me.

Prices are as follows
1.0kg RM140-250
1.5kg RM190-300
2.0kg RM240-350
* depending on the design
Jenny still personally delivers the cakes herself. How is that for service. To order click on the WhatsApp link.
