Shun Fat Kee started its own Sanjianzhuang Pork Ball Noodles in 1971 at Kedai Kopi Wah Cheong, and it is now 53 years old. I like his roasted sausage, it tastes very fragrant and not woody. Dark soy sauce + minced pork oil, drizzled on the kuey teow, smooth and tender. . I just like the taste like this!
