Dropped by Mimi Nguyen Cafe after quite a while, hoping to revisit what I once enjoyed. Unfortunately, the banh mi and roll I had didn’t quite hit the mark this time around. Flavours were muted, and the textures lacked the punch that made past visits memorable.

What was more surprising was the wait. Even with only a handful of diners in the shop, our food still took longer than expected to arrive. Not quite the experience I remembered.
