Chiefeater William Tan decided to have an authentic Kyoto meal at Chishakuin Saryo Kikyo

Korean, Non-Halal
Trying out new Korean restaurant at Gurney Walk, Ooridoori Gurneywalk. Ordered two dishes to tryout. Their portion is a bit smaller than other restaurant. Rice also seems smaller too.
1) DWAJIGUKBAP (Pork head stew) - RM35
Nice pork flavour, not over. But the ingredients not even. The intestines is more than the meat. Although it tastes good.

2) Beef Bulgogi - RM35
the flavour was there, but it was a bit bland. Average taste.

3) 4 Side dishes (FOC)
Black beans was good. Is my star of today meal. (I request for this side dish)
kimchi was totally no taste at all. The other 2? Although is foc and can refill, I don’t see the sincerity. The feel of Korean food was not there. Seems like having Thai food

But will give them a try again because of their interesting menu.
