Chiefeater Luke Soon had dinner at Lucky Loke SS3 Restaurant, a popular tai chow place in the suburbs of SS3

In the morning in Tawau, accompanied by the continuous drizzle, a cool feeling came to my heart. Weather like this is perfect for a hot and special local breakfast. Taking advantage of the time to go to the airport, I opened Xiaohongshu and searched for nearby delicious food recommendations. Unexpectedly, I found an interesting small stall – Panda Food Stall, hidden in Village Boy’s Cafe.
As soon as I sat down, I ordered one of the signature dishes here: Fried Kway Teow with Salted Egg and Fresh Clams. This plate is really full of sincerity. The fried rice noodles are shiny and have a rich salted egg aroma. The sweetness of fresh clams is also mixed with every bite. The most surprising thing is the super large fresh clams! It’s like eating a seafood feast, the whole taste is very solid, and the happiness is overwhelming.

Of course, a bowl of warm soup is indispensable on a rainy day. There is also a Tawau specialty that stands out to me – Tawau Curry Spicy Salad. When it was served, I smelled a strong smell of turmeric. The slightly spicy curry soup base and the smooth rice noodles made me want to take one bite after another. To warm your stomach on a rainy day, there really is no more suitable choice than this.

After eating and drinking, I left with satisfaction as I was in a hurry to get to the airport. This kind of breakfast experience not only fills the stomach, but also adds a lot of good mood to the day. Next time I come to Tawau, this is definitely a place I want to visit again!
