Good news! Restaurant Swee Xiang Rou Bak Kut Teh has officially arrived at Bukit Tinggi 1 in Klang! A brand new branch opened on September 21st, bringing the classic Fujianese flavors of Feng Rou and Bak Kut Teh to this very spot.

刚巧见客户就在附近，对面就是瑞祥新店，老板娘见到我时特别开心热情，于是就带客户一起来尝尝招牌大菜。
I happened to see a client nearby, across from the new Restaurant Swee Xiang location. The owner was incredibly happy and welcoming when she saw me, so I brought them along to try their signature dishes.

必点的封肉元蹄set（全猪脚元蹄、脚筋、猪肠、猪肚、鸡爪和卤蛋，RM84），一端上桌就气势十足，卤香扑鼻，胶质满满，超适合分享！
The Pig Trotter Set (whole pig’s trotter, tendon, pig intestines, pig stomach, chicken feet, and a braised egg, RM84) is a must-try. It’s incredibly impressive the moment it arrives, with a fragrant, juicy braised dish and a rich texture—perfect for sharing!

我还点了咖喱鸡，再实现最爱的“卤汁➕咖喱汁”吃法，香浓又开胃，完全是我最喜欢的搭配。
I also ordered the curry chicken, which I enjoyed with my favorite “braised gravy + curry gravy” combo. It was rich and appetizing, exactly my favorite combination.

边吃边聊，也和客户分享了市场需求与品牌价值，既满足了口腹之欲，也带走不少灵感和收获。生意饭能这样吃，真是幸福。
While we ate and chatted, I shared market demand and brand values with the client. It not only satisfied our appetites but also left us with a lot of inspiration and insights. It’s such a blessing to be able to enjoy a business meal this way.
